Creative Services Director

ASAP start - rolling freelance contract

£350-375p/d inside IR35

Flxible hybrid work

Job Summary -

I am working with a globally recognised branding and design agency who specialise in FMCG projects to find a brilliant creative services manager / director. They are known for excellent branding, design, strategy and packaging skills as well being one of the TOP London agencies to work with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource management for the teams across creative; artworkers, retouchers, designers, strategists
  • Allocates time to projects, to offer effective solutions
  • Utilise partnerships and freelance talent effectively to meet project deliverables
  • Leverage an in-depth knowledge of projects and brands in order to guide work effectively through the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of resource management tools such as Screen Dragon, Monday etc
  • Resource experience within design; artworkers, copywriters, retouchers
  • Branding and design agency experience

  • Some who is hands on with a can-do attitude
  • A confident person who is happy to get involved with multiple teams
  • A fast worker who isn't afraid to ask for help
  • A leader / manager
  • Highly organised

Salary & Benefits

  • £350-375 per day

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Hybrid work - 2 days in Shoreditch offices
