Creative Strategist

Job Summary

We are working with one of the UK's leading supermarket groups with a handful of recognized brands within that have been part of British retail for well over 100 years!

This is an opportunity to be a part of their internal creative agency responsible for marketing & loyalty across the brands, where you'll be instrumental in strategizing and defining creative strategy across their paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy & Campaign Planning: involves devising and selling in social strategy to stakeholders; planning, briefing and guiding the creation of social campaign assets to fulfil this strategy
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies to enhance visibility, engagement and conversation working across monitoring engagement and using analytics both to derive audience insights and drive effectiveness;
  • Audience Research, Insights & Engagement: Conduct thorough audience research to understand demographics, preferences, and behaviour, tailoring content to the target audience
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilise social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a similar role for a creative or marketing context
  • Experience originating and deploying social communications plans to support a full range of commercial, product-related and brand-enhancing marketing campaigns, across a variety of social channels and formats
  • A track record of delivering bold and differentiating content campaigns and frameworks within social channels
  • Capable of writing excellent social creative briefs
  • Channel and platform expertise, with knowledge of how to leverage differing contexts and opportunities across key social channels, for the relevant audiences
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving creative environment that delivers consistently high-quality output, reacting to tactical opportunities as well as fulfilling plans

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £55,000 + 20% bonus
