Job Summary

We're currently partnered with an extremely well-known online retail brand who are the UK's largest and fastest growing in their market, and they're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their team. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for multiple projects and workstreams, analysing website performance and help with preparing commercial recommendations to accelerate growth and sales through the site, whilst exceeding customer experience and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Working cross-functionally with Performance, Brand, Merchandising and Trading teams, as well as the wider retail business, to ensure sales contribution from key channels and customers meet growth forecasts
• Monitor and contribute to customer ecommerce sales forecasts in collaboration with analysts, taking into consideration customer behaviour and influential internal and external factors
• Coordinate ecommerce plans for upcoming trading periods and seasonal moments (eg. Easter, Christmas)
• Scoping and interpreting detailed analysis, reporting and tracking sales KPI performance vs targets

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer centric online trading, ecommerce or digital sales role
• Confident in analysing, reporting and manipulating website performance data
• Experienced in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Location & Workplace Policy

• Hatfield, 2-3 days office

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £32,000 per annum plus annual bonus
