Production Coordinator

Job Summary

A specialist print production agency are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team! This agency work with leading alcohol and beauty brands to deliver packaging and product mockups. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years Print Production or Project Management experienece, looking to take the next step in their career!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flow of projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring they're delivered on time, to brief and to budget
• Working with external suppliers and internal/external teams to ensure correct materials are ordered and necessary resources booked for each project
• Keep clients up to date with the status of projects
• Negotiate with external suppliers, in terms of research and budgets
• Ensure all costs are tracked and managed
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of each project

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in Production or Project Management (within a print production or design agency)
• Experience delivering projects across print and packaging
• Advantageous: Knowledge of print production (including Litho, Silk screen and digital printing processes)

Salary

• £30-35k
• Based 5 days in the office in NW10
