Job Summary

We are currently partnered with an extremely well-established global fintech business with millions of customers, 25 global offices and over 2,000 employees worldwide, and we're on the search for a senior SEO expert to join their global marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Growth and working closely with the acquisition team and wider marketing function you will lead the organic growth of their website globally, working on large scale multi-lingual websites across technical and content capacities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform market, competitor and keyword research, selecting and prioritising keyword to attract a qualified target audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline content production, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality content to engage and educate customers on their products and offering
• Develop and execute strategies for international, regional and local SEO to expand global reach whilst considering language and cultural differences
• Monitor and analyse SEO and search performance and appearance - ranking reports, other data sources and effectively communicate across the business
• Identity and resolve technical SEO issues
• Execute off-page strategies across outreach and link building to enhance domain authority
• Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analysing existing content, keywords, audits and traffic/data analysis
• Manage external agencies and freelancers to achieve SEO objectives and goals

Skills & Experience

• You'll be an SEO expert from a global B2B business (in-house experience essential) ideally from fintech/FS
• Strong experience in on and off-page SEO across both technical and content
• In depth expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, afrefs and other keyword research tools
• Confident in delivering content strategies at scale across multiple markets and languages
• Ability to work collaboratively with different people, teams and offices globally across marketing, tech and creative
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, data and performance results to senior leaders at at all levels

Location & Workplace Policy

• Central London, hybrid working with 2 days in office

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent on experience
