Email Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We're currently partnered with an extremely well-known retailer in Bracknell who are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their team!

You'll lead their email marketing and SMS efforts across the UK, IE and Europe to drive customer engagement, increase loyalty and maximise sales. Leading 1 direct report you'll manage the planning, execution and optimisation of all email campaigns for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns. You'll build targeted email lists, segment audiences and implement email journeys to optimise engagement and conversion rates.

Successful candidates must have demonstrable experience in email marketing ideally within retail or ecommerce, with strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Emarsys experience highly desirable).

  • Bracknell
  • Hybrid working, 3 days office

Salary

  • Circa £40,000 per annum
  • 23 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, staff and F&F discounts, free parking on-site
