Job description

Major Players are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Data and Insights Analyst to join a global entertainment business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social listening, with previous experience using Brandwatch and Sprinklr to gather and analyse data ahead of key campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise social listening tools such as Brandwatch and Sprinklr to monitor and analyse online conversations and trends related to the gaming industry and game releases
  • Collect and analyse data from various stakeholders across multiple marketing channels to provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Support on test and learn framework with paid marketing teams, ensuring experiments are set-up to be measurable and learnings are implemented effectively across teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in social listening and data analysis, with expertise in using Brandwatch and Sprinklr
  • Experience working on gaming clients and/or in a gaming business would be beneficial
  • Good understanding across all marketing channel analytics and measurement

Salary & Benefits

  • £400pd outside of IR35

Location & Workplace Policy

  • London, 1-2 days pw office based preferred
