Account Director - B2B, Digital & Social Experience (Financial Services/Energy)

Major Players are partnering with an award-winning content consultancy known for its transformative storytelling, to recruit an Account Director to drive client success through creative intelligence, cutting-edge technology, and journalistic rigor. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, managing strategy, budgets, and operational planning.
  • Lead creative and editorial production with flawless execution and quality control.
  • Build and nurture client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to evaluate and refine programs and campaigns.
  • Foster team collaboration and act as a mentor to nurture talent and drive results.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and social campaigns.
  • Strong background in financial services or energy sectors is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, strategize, and execute at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in editorial strategy and working across diverse platforms and channels.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £65k per year.
  • Hybrid work pattern: 4 days in the office starting April 2025 (including 2 Fridays per month).
