We're looking for a talented Associate Account Director to join a fast-growing influencer and social-first agency in London. This is a leadership role perfect for someone ready to step up and take ownership of high-profile influencer and social campaigns, primarily working on a global ecommerce brand. You'll be overseeing a portfolio of clients, shaping strategy, and guiding teams through best-in-class execution across social and influencer marketing.
This role blends creative thinking, strategic oversight, and hands-on leadership - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and has a passion for the ever-evolving world of social and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of social and influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.
Act as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships and ensuring exceptional client service across all accounts.
Develop strategic influencer programs in partnership with creative, paid, and production teams.
Oversee day-to-day account management and guide junior team members (typically 3-4 per account) to deliver impactful campaigns.
Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and lead on reporting and insights to demonstrate success and inform future work.
Support the growth of client accounts by identifying new opportunities and proactively recommending new approaches or activations.
Stay on top of industry trends, platforms, and talent to keep our campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years experience in influencer and social marketing, ideally within an agency environment, with at least some experience managing high-value client relationships.
A strong background in social media strategy and campaign development, particularly within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven leadership skills with experience overseeing account teams and mentoring junior talent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A confident strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously and delivering to a consistently high standard.
