Content Creator (Gaming Brand)
Contract: Freelance - £250-£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: 26th February 2025 (2 Weeks, with Potential Extension)
Location: Hybrid - Central London Offices

Job Summary

I'm working with an incredible company who are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join their team on a freelance basis, working on an exciting gaming brand. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in gaming content creation, a deep understanding of gaming culture, and the ability to produce engaging multimedia content. You will be based in Central London offices for part of the week, with flexibility for hybrid working.

The Role

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content tailored to gaming audiences. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative content strategies, enhance brand presence, and engage gaming communities through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Create high-quality video, graphic, and written content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Gaming Expertise: Develop content that resonates with gaming audiences, understanding key trends and gaming culture.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage and post content across platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with gaming communities, responding to trends, feedback, and discussions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to align content with brand goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to assess content performance and optimize future strategies.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator within the gaming industry.
  • Strong skills in shooting content on a phone, editing and content writing.
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and key gaming communities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as in-app editing or Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending Central London offices twice a week.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset with a passion for gaming and digital storytelling.
