Job description

ROLE: Creative Director

Very exciting role for an experienced Creative Director to join a well known global FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and lead the brand's in-house creative agency, defining its vision, structure, and operational model.
- Develop and execute bold, strategic, and high-quality creative concepts that elevate brand presence.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and creative excellence.
- Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. Including digital, social, production and on and off-trade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally
- Manage agency workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in a Creative Director position, ideally within a leading agency or an in-house creative team for a global brand.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, managing and mentoring creative teams (10+ teams) is a must!
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding creative work across multiple channels and formats.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; able to persuade and influence at all levels
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer engagement, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience in the beverage, food & drink, or FMCG sector is a plus
