Job description
Major Players are working with a creative agency who have a strong footprint in social impact, charitable causes and fundraising. We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of creative projects, including digital, direct mail, print, film and TV. Working closely with Delivery and Client Services teams; the Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, driving them from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver exceptional fundraising and charity projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, resource requests, and project briefs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide updates and performance insights during weekly delivery team meetings, ensuring project profitability and optimal results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, scheduling meetings, providing agendas, and handling all client requests promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, from writing project briefs to proofreading and summarising insights for client presentations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project issues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Process and relay client feedback constructively to the relevant teams.
- Request and analyse campaign results, incorporating learnings into future projects.
Ideal candidate:
- 2 years + agency experience or similar industry.
- Strong experience with direct mail projects, understanding of the print production process, and working on digital campaigns.
- Desirable - interest in social impact, charitable causes, fundraising.
- Confidently able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing resource management, costs, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Slack).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
