Data & Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to work closely with internal stakeholders, including strategy, social teams, and client services. This role is crucial in tracking, organising, and managing data while building insightful reports to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Tracking & Management - Collaborate with key stakeholders to organise and manage data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Insightful Reporting - Analyse data and build reports that effectively communicate the story behind the numbers.
  • Brief Alignment - Understand, interrogate, and ensure alignment with briefs before execution.
  • Problem-Solving - Identify potential challenges in fulfilling briefs and proactively address them with relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in analytical and reporting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and data manipulation.
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis techniques, including pivot tables and formula construction.
  • Capable of converting raw data into structured tracking templates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to contribute to campaign analysis, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Desirable

  • Experience in social media or marketing.
  • Familiarity with esports, sports, or gaming campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing cost values, including CPMs and CPVs.
  • Knowledge of earned media value calculations.
  • Experience in paid media analysis.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • North England
  • Remote - Once a month on site ideally
