Job description
Major Players are partnering with a renowned global content production agency to recruit for a client facing Project Manager/Producer with a solid background in localisation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of global multi-channel localisation campaigns, ensuring seamless adaptation through to delivery
- Client management and project management of media plans, creating estimates, briefing internal and external resource, through to final delivery
- Pro-active, clear and concise communication with all teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and is delivered on time, within budget
- Ensure internal project management systems and WIP trackers are up to date
- Regular financial reporting to the Director of Project Management, Project Directors and Head of Content Studios
- Manage production and assets for multiple languages and countries
- Manage localisation projects across digital and broadcast channels predominantly
Skills & Experience:
- Solid creative or production agency experience in a client facing PM or Production role
- A proven background working on high-volume and fast turnaround campaigns for international brands
- Strong experience working on localisation projects across broadcast, digital (HTML5 banners), video, print and OOH
- Previous experience working on HTML5 banners is essential
- Experience with project management technology/tools (such as Frame, Airtable, Smartsheets, Slack, Teams, Asana) is advantageous
- Excellent client partnership skills and experience, in order to maintain existing relationships and encourage business growth and upsell services

- Excellent English - both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global colleagues, international clients and stakeholders
Salary, benefits & other information:
- £40,000-50,000 per annum depending on experience
- 25 days holiday per year + Birthday off
- Private healthcare
- Hybrid working policy - 2 days per week in the office
