Job description

ROLE: Mid Creative

Fantastic opportunity for a Mid Creative to join an independent award-winning creative agency based in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate creative concepts for BTL, shopper platforms, often incorporating central activations, promotional tactics, experiential campaigns, events, and trade customer incentives.
- Develop concepts and provide art direction for campaigns spanning the entire shopper journey.
- Visualize creative concepts and retail displays through mood boards and detailed sketches.
- Lead art direction and provide oversight for 2D and 3D designers working on retail spaces and display designs.
- Demonstrate creative flexibility by contributing to copywriting or collaborating closely with copywriters.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to oversee the deployment of toolkits across the creative and design teams.
- Show a strong interest in understanding clients' brand, marketing strategies, and industry landscape.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a creative role, particularly within retail (e.g., Off Trade, On Trade), and ideally, experience in Global Travel Retail (though not essential)
- Up to date portfolio with relevant experience is a must
- Enthusiasm for creating impactful and innovative shopper marketing and activations.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG marketing sector
- Capable of producing high-quality scamps for retail displays to brief the design team.
