About the Role
- Assist the Paid Social Manager in running paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Develop campaign proposals, activate ads, monitor performance, optimize strategies, and deliver insightful reporting.
- Attend client meetings to present campaign results and suggest growth and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, creating content designed to be amplified through paid social advertising.
- Manage account administration, including organizing files, maintaining reports, and preparing for meetings (e.g., setting up materials, taking notes, and creating contact summaries).
- Stay on top of cultural and social trends, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and engaging for target audiences.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
- Ideally come from an agency, working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- An understanding of influencer marketing.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for social-first content.
