What's the Job About?

You're responsible for making it easy for customers to find and understand products on the company's website and app. This includes improving search, filters, AI-powered recommendations, and product descriptions to help customers make better buying decisions.

What Will You Do?

Create a strategy for how customers discover products online.
Work with teams like tech, marketing, and design to improve the digital shopping experience.
Improve search and filtering tools so customers find the right products faster.
Use AI and automation to enhance product recommendations.
Test new ideas (A/B testing) and make data-driven improvements.
Work with developers to ensure smooth product launches.

What Skills Do You Need?

Experience in eCommerce product management (3+ years).
Knowledge of search tools, AI recommendations, and digital merchandising (like Shopify, Algolia).
Experience with mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
Ability to work with engineers and business teams to bring ideas to life.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
