Job description

Major Players are working alongside a boutique experiential events agency who are looking to recruit a Production Assistant with events experience into their London based team.

The successful applicant will be a key member of the Production team, contributing significantly to various projects. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including pre-production tasks, project management, and client interaction. From managing budgets to fostering relationships with emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Producers to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign deliveries.
  • Manage pre-production tasks, such as research, administration, and bookings.
  • Oversee the production process, working closely with clients, account teams, and production/post-production teams.
  • Identify emerging talent and establish relationships with third-party collaborators.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks crucial for the success of campaigns.
  • Consolidate project feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records in financial platforms.

Skills & Experience:

  • Passion for the entertainment and events industry.
  • Previous experiential or event production and delivery experience.
  • Proven track record in project delivery
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong passion and a proactive approach to work.
