Job description
Major Players are working with a global production agency; we are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects, including digital, HTML5 banners, adapts, broadcast, video, print, and out-of-home. You will be a client-facing project manager who successfully manages the end-to-end lifecycle of high profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of integrated channel campaigns.
- Interpret client media plans, create estimates, and brief internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project requirements and maintain schedules, ensuring clear communication with all teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Handle production and asset management for multiple languages and regions.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, managing expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and manage project budgets, estimates, and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date project management systems, WIP trackers, and financial reporting to the senior team.
About You:
- 4 + years creative or production agency background, with strong experience in Broadcast, Digital, Video, Print, and OOH.
- Strong experience managing high-volume, fast-turnaround campaigns for international brands, with a strong focus on localization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- You have a keen eye for detail and are a proactive problem solver, dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
- Experience with project management tools (such as Frame, Airtable, Smartsheets, Slack, Teams, Asana) is highly preferred.
