Job Title: Project Manager - Creative Projects

Major Players are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of creative projects, including window displays, pop-up events, press events, and installations. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure that projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving them from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales, Design, and Production teams to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Prepare and maintain internal project documentation, including briefing documents, project schedules, resource planning, and status reports.
• Coordinate client feedback, installation schedules, H&S documents, and monitor project milestones.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs, margin, and preparing purchase orders and invoice requests.
• Ensure that all production staff and contractors are fully briefed on project requirements, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Organise and lead client or supplier meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes to align all stakeholders.
• Establish strong partnerships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth project development and timely delivery.
• Oversee the delivery and installation process, ensuring teams are fully resourced and expectations are met.
• Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 year + experience in project management, preferably within the creative or design industry.
• General understanding to interpret technical / CAD drawings.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and experience managing installations on-site.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
