Senior Paid Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This role is key in driving performance, maximising ROI, and ensuring campaigns align with broader business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance media effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement high-performing paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
  • Campaign Optimisation - Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Budget & Performance Management - Manage multi-channel media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align paid media efforts with wider marketing objectives.
  • Reporting & Insights - Analyse performance data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Paid Media Expertise

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and attribution modelling.

Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CPA, and LTV.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

  • Experience managing significant media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and performance-driven spend.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal marketing, creative, and data teams, as well as external agencies and media partners.
