Senior Producer

Major Players are working with a dynamic entertainment company to recruit a Senior Producer to join their East London based team. The successful candidate will lead the charge in bringing their brand communications to life. With a focus on innovative content creation, you'll manage a team responsible for delivering impactful 360-degree media campaigns across our portfolio of brands.

This opportunity offers hybrid working, with two days a week office based.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production of 360-degree media campaigns for one of our flagship brands.
• Develop production strategies for Tier 1 projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage licensing of campaign assets and relationships with external production suppliers.
• Facilitate feedback and approvals processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Mentor production coordinators and support their professional development.
• Occasional international travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Producer in advertising agencies, production companies, or in-house creative teams.
• Understanding of TVC production, digital media and post production workflows (including design & audio)
• Proven track record of managing large-scale productions (£200k-£300k) with extensive casts and talent.
• In-depth knowledge of production workflows, post-production processes, and media management.
• Strong network of industry contacts.
• Ability to manage complex workloads and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in creating moving image assets across various formats, including film and animation (3D and 2D).
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Interest in or knowledge of sports beneficial.
