Site Reliability Engineer - SRE - Azure - Kubernetes - Terraform - Cyber Security - Paying up to £570 (Inside IR35) - Remote - Immediate Starters

My client is passionate about the utilisation of modern DevOps practices, agile support and deployment processes. You will be a leading member of our team working with a diverse range of technologies.

Essential Skills:

Creation and use of Terraform to create and manage Infrastructure
Experience of Kubernetes and/or Azure Container Apps in a production environment, building, maintaining and troubleshooting
Strong, demonstratable experience and understanding of azure and k8s networking, including ingress and egress and Authentication/security.
CI/CD Pipeline creation and management (e.g. Github actions, GitOps, Helm, ArgoCD)
Professional experience of working with production environments in the public cloud - Azure, AWS.
Coding and scripting experience
Use of Secret Management services e.g - Hashicorp Vault
Experience of working with Docker containers, building, maintaining and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience of Linux server including support and troubleshooting.
Observability, System and application monitoring - e.g. ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios etc.
Hands-on experience performing application static/dynamic security and penetration assessment with tools such as - SonarQube, CheckMarx, AppScan, BurpSuite, OWASP ZAP Proxy, WebInspect, Fortify, Veracode, Nessus, Wiz etc.
Good understanding of defensive, corrective and detective controls and requirements
Ability to recognize and escalate Security issues
