Social Media Manager, Marketing Agency (Hospitality & Food)

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Social Media Manager to join a marketing agency specialising in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating engaging, high-quality content and executing social media strategies for their clients. We are looking for a creative individual with a flair for content creation, social media trends and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms tailored to our hospitality clients.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute social media strategies, ensuring each piece of content aligns with the clients' brand and goals.
- Actively manage social media accounts, engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and fostering brand conversations.
- Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent social media output across all channels.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience to create content that resonates and drives results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse social media performance and use data to optimise content strategies for improved engagement and reach.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience at an agency in a hands on social media manager role.
- Expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing food/hospitality/lifestyle content.
- A strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to implement social media campaigns from concept through to delivery and measurement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
- A creative mindset with the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
