Account Director - Employee Branding
Job Summary
Major Players are partnering with a leading UK employee agency that helps businesses build people-powered companies. The work spans the full employee lifecycle, from employer branding to internal communications, change, and engagement. They are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead some of the most exciting projects in the industry.
About the Role
The Account Director will play a pivotal role in the delivery of award-winning work, helping clients attract, engage, and retain top talent. You'll be instrumental in driving the commercial success of the agency, working closely with clients to shape and execute strategic solutions. This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career while leading exciting projects for major employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Ownership: Confidently manage client relationships, leading strategic conversations on how to deliver outstanding work.
- Project Management: Lead and organise project teams, manage client expectations, and ensure deadlines are met. Oversee budgets of up to £250k.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities with existing clients, drive new business, and collaborate with senior support to activate growth.
- Financial Management: Track budgets, ensure accurate invoicing, and ensure team billability is maintained.
- Commercial Acumen: Manage budgets and negotiations to ensure healthy margins and deliver client satisfaction.
- Team Development: Line manage and mentor junior team members, prioritizing their professional growth.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in employer branding, EVP development, and internal communications.
- Strong leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both clients and teams.
- A collaborative mindset, driving cross-functional teamwork to deliver exceptional results.
- A proactive problem-solver, eager to contribute to thought leadership and agency culture.
- Ambition and readiness to step up, taking on increased responsibility and influence.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary UP TO £55,000 DOE
- Special leave days and 2 reflection days.
