Account Director (Internal Comms) Creative Communications Agency
Salary: £75K
Location: Oxford Circus, London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy & Client Management: Lead key accounts by developing long-term strategies that align with client business goals. Take ownership of briefs, drive creative execution, and ensure successful campaign delivery across internal and external communications.
- Creative Leadership: Oversee the creative direction of campaigns, managing content creation and production across multiple formats, from film and podcasts to digital and social content. Ensure all creative output meets client expectations and is consistent with the brand's identity.
- Internal Communications & Employee Engagement: Spearhead campaigns that engage employees, enhance company culture, and drive behavioural change. Ensure all internal comms align with the broader brand strategy.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a small, dynamic team. Lead by example and work collaboratively across departments to deliver successful campaigns.
- Financial Management: Oversee client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a focus on return on investment (ROI).
- Content Strategy & Production: Guide content strategy for a variety of channels and formats, briefing in production requirements and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working at an agency in account management, with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement, and creative campaign delivery.
- You could either be a Senior Account Manager ready for a step up or currently an Account Director.
- Proven ability to lead brand-led internal communications and employee engagement campaigns, driving cultural and behavioural change.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns across a variety of formats (film, podcasts, social media, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different audiences and brand identities.
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, and employee-focused content.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to manage production timelines, from video shoots to content design.
- Commercially astute with experience managing client budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
