Job Summary - Step into the spotlight of creativity and innovation with this exceptional opportunity as an Account Director/Producer, collaborating with one of London's top advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow new and existing client relationships
• Nurture junior members on the team
• Be a bridge between the client and the creative team

Skills & Experience

• Creative agency experience
• Have worked across the following channels: video, content, digital, print (for brochures), comms, design and strategy
• Production knowledge
• Hands on experience working with multiple clients at one time

Personal Attributes

• A hybrid hands on worker
• Someone who loves variety in their work from creative to corporate projects
• A key leader within a small team of 15 people

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £55K pro rata for 6months
• Hybrid flexible work

• Workspace office environment
• Paid holidays, bank holidays, sick leave

Location & Workplace Policy

• Tuesdays to Thursdays in Central London offices
• Mondays and Fridays work from home
