Major Players are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join a fantastic creative agency in London. If you have a knack for managing client relationships, a keen eye for detail, and thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you!
In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary team recognised for creating and delivering world-class experiences for global brands, this agency operates across creative, digital, events, activation, entertainment, and sponsorship departments.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Assist across a variety of projects, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients daily, acting as the main point of contact, managing expectations, and ensuring top-notch service.
- Handle budget management for individual projects, considering costs, margins, and profitability.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative details, including document preparation and budget administration.
- Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, keeping client interests at the forefront.
- Understand what success looks like for our clients and create responses and proposals accordingly.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including all production elements and on-site management.
- Prepare client-facing proposals, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with other client agencies, such as PR, advertising, sales promotion, and design.
Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3 years of experience delivering client service within an agency environment, particularly in events focused on conferences and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of budget management, production, and delivery.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and willingness to get hands dirty when needed.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and expectations effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to get involved.
