Job description

Role: Art Director

Amazing opportunity for an Art Director to join a well-known e-commerce brand. You must have retail/FMCG experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Work across channel-neutral ideas, and social concepts and seasonal campaigns working hand in hand with a senior copywriter
- Lead and inspire the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and digital, to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work as an Art Director
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and advertising is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for food, technology, and innovation is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

- £55-60k

Location: Hertfordshire, 2 days a week in the office
