BUSINESS DIRECTOR
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Director to join a fully integrated creative agency. You'll be managing the EU business from London, working with a prominent FMCG client.
A passion for delivering outstanding creative work is essential, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally to drive the best possible creative and business outcomes. You'll skillfully balance creativity, profitability, and growth to meet all business objectives.
We value personal development, and you should too. You'll be leading and mentoring a team of seven, including Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives, with a proven track record of fostering growth and development within your team.
Extensive experience managing large, production-heavy accounts is crucial. You'll be working across channels including TV, traditional media, digital, sales literature, social, and innovation.
As a strong strategic thinker with a global perspective, you ideally have experience deploying creative toolkits that resonate across different markets. You will also contribute to pitches for new and existing business, approaching them with both a creative and commercial mindset.
Salary: Up to £80k
Hybird set up: 3 days in London office, 2 days WFH.
