Job description
Role: Copywriter (internal comms)
Amazing opportunity for a Brand Designer to join the team at an iGaming technology and soft-ware development company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Executives to write clear, concise, and creative copy for various internal communication platforms
- Develop key messages, headlines, taglines, and body copy that capture the brand's tone of voice, principles, vision, and purpose.
- Gain a deep understanding of the brand, its products and services, business and marketing goals, and processes.
- Create content that resonates with the target audience and drives business results.
- Write, proofread, edit, and refine copy to ensure clarity, coherence, and maximum impact.
- Understand the business problem statement through research, metrics, networking, interviews, and survey feedback to gather content ideas and findings.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all internal communications.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills shown on a portfolio
- Understanding of employee engagement, motivation, and behaviour change principles, with the ability to use influencer methods in writing style for communications.
- Extensive experience with corporate communication fundamentals and practices is a must
- Experience with content management systems and digital communication tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and interviewing skills.
