Creative Director

Creative Director - events/experiential agency - London/hybrid

I am looking for a confident and dynamic Creative Director for a fantastic independent events/experiential agency

What I need from you:

• You are a hands on, confident creative director and have experiential/events agency experience
• Excellence on strategy, concept and leadership of a small team
• You can do hands on design
• 3D design skills desirable but not essential
• Forward-thinking, confidence challenging briefs
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management + the ability to get your teams and stakeholders on board with your vision
• An approachable and friendly nature with a lack of ego and strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues
• The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders
• The desire to keep up with trends, best practices etc and inspiring teams to do so

Salary: £70-£80k depending on experience

Location: London/hybrid
