Job description

A brand new CRM and Loyalty Manager role with a well-known luxury furniture brand has just been released to us on an exclusive basis, looking for a strong and experienced CRM expert!

You'll be instrumental in boosting customer retention and take ownership of the CRM strategy across existing channels. while also introducing new initiatives such as a Loyalty & Membership program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and one-off communications, to engage customers and drive retention
  • Create customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant content across multiple touchpoints
  • Monitor and optimize email performance, aiming to improve key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Test and evaluate additional emerging CRM channels to find innovative ways of engaging with customers.
  • Work closely with the creative team to shape the strategy and content of brochures, personalizing brochure content based on customer segments and aligning them with CRM goals and customer segmentation.
  • Design and implement a Loyalty & Membership program aimed at boosting customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Monitor program outcomes, analyze customer behavior, and apply data-driven insights to optimize its effectiveness.
  • Work with the data team to utilize customer insights and analytics for shaping the CRM strategy, including customer feedback and surveys.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools, with Ometria experience being a bonus
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing retention-focused strategies
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze customer insights and campaign performance metrics.
