Email Marketing Executive (12 month contract) Beauty Retail Brand

Location: Bracknell

Work model: Full-time, hybrid (2 day WFH per week)

Salary: £32K

We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive to support and drive CRM digital communications for a beauty retail brand across Europe, targeting retail and trade customers. This role focuses on delivering effective email and SMS campaigns that engage audiences, increase footfall, and drive online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns, working closely with CRM and campaign teams.
  • Ensure accurate customer segmentation and targeting for personalised communications.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Build and test email campaigns using Emarsys, ensuring accuracy, branding, and functionality.
  • Write compelling subject lines, preview text, and email copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Support automated customer lifecycle programs and contribute to an "automate-first" approach.
  • Leverage data and AI tools to deliver personalized, omnichannel communications.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing in the retail sector.
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Emarsys or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and improving campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry is a plus.
