Job description
Are you an available immediately PR assistant with a strong passion for beauty & exciting, growing brands?
Our client, a leading beauty brand are looking for a top PR candidate to join their team on a freelance basis. You will provide essential support to the public relations team by assisting with daily tasks, managing communications, and coordinating activities.
ASAP Start, for approx. 6-8 weeks (potentially longer!)
Key Responsibilities
- Liase between key stakeholders across the business: project managing timelines, briefings, sign offs across design, marketing, procurement, legal and local PR teams and approvals
- Project Manage mailer strategy and creative ideation across all launches: set up briefings and ideation meetings
- Liase with regions for smaller mailers: quantities, timelines, reporting on performance
- Manage all plans keeping a strict budget in mind
- Ensure regular visibility/status updates across all teams: keeping everyone in the loop, flagging approvals/delays and logistics
- Maintain and analyse Media/VIP/Influencer lists
Skills & Experience
- 6 months minimum experience working in a similar role
- Experience in influencer PR is desirable

- Hybrid (3 days in London office, 2 from home)
