Job description

Are you an available immediately PR assistant with a strong passion for beauty & exciting, growing brands?

Our client, a leading beauty brand are looking for a top PR candidate to join their team on a freelance basis. You will provide essential support to the public relations team by assisting with daily tasks, managing communications, and coordinating activities.

ASAP Start, for approx. 6-8 weeks (potentially longer!)

Key Responsibilities

  • Liase between key stakeholders across the business: project managing timelines, briefings, sign offs across design, marketing, procurement, legal and local PR teams and approvals
  • Project Manage mailer strategy and creative ideation across all launches: set up briefings and ideation meetings
  • Liase with regions for smaller mailers: quantities, timelines, reporting on performance
  • Manage all plans keeping a strict budget in mind
  • Ensure regular visibility/status updates across all teams: keeping everyone in the loop, flagging approvals/delays and logistics
  • Maintain and analyse Media/VIP/Influencer lists

Skills & Experience

  • 6 months minimum experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in influencer PR is desirable

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Hybrid (3 days in London office, 2 from home)
