Senior Account Manager/Account Director

My client is a leading creative marketing agency in London seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our team on a freelance basis. You will work on a key retail and entertainment account, overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance
• Budget management, project timelines, and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management within an integrated agency environment
• Expertise in retail and entertainment sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
