£300-350 per day inside IR35 - paid via umbrella
Hybrid work 2-3 days a week in Central London offices
Job Summary - Are you a dynamic Social Account Director ready to lead innovative, high-impact campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands? We're looking for a social first, strategic thinker with a passion for client relationships to join our award-winning agency, working across an exciting portfolio of clients in FMCG, Tech, Travel, and Hospitality sectors.
The Role:
As a Social Account Director, you'll take the reins on client relationships, delivering cutting-edge social strategies that drive engagement and results. You'll be working on a hybrid basis-2-3 days per week in our vibrant Central London office, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. You'll oversee multiple accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring fresh, bold ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of social strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and nurture high-profile client relationships
- Oversee always on social campaigns from inception to delivery
- Collaborate with the wider team to stay ahead of the latest social trends and tech innovations to keep clients at the cutting edge
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Account Director with social first expertise
- Strong track record in delivering successful social campaigns for big brands, ideally in FMCG, Tech, Travel, or Hospitality
- Exceptional client management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring junior team members
