Major Players is turning 25 and we think we’ve got a lot to celebrate. We’ve been the leading creative, digital and tech recruitment agency for over 20 years we have been on an epic journey along the way. We have been supporting the careers of so many and have lots of great stories of people who are in top positions in their career who worked through Major Players in their first job and have been coming back ever since.
We were founded in 1994 in a one roomed office in Mayfair and since then we have gone from strength to strength. Winning the Sunday Times best company to work for in 2004, driving global expansion and as well as our recent venture Major Partners.
Major Partners is our way of showing that we will continue to adapt to a changing market. Major Partners brings our talented recruiters onsite into businesses, immersing into the culture and brand giving access to our unrivalled talent pool .
Major Players is in a great place with 110 employees and a strong brand. We continue to champion diversity with our ‘earn your worth’ initiative aiming to put an end to the gender pay gap amongst other discrimination.
