This online seminar will be a continuation of Aether Magazine: Making a Magazine talk series, in which our founder Mia Sakai will share all the tips she knew sooner when it comes to creating with no funding. She will discuss challenges she has faced trying to make it in the industry, especially as a woman of colour from a working-class household, as well as helpful methods on implement when starting out.
This will be the second talk of the new season of seminars coming this Spring, so make sure to stay tuned for more upcoming topics. All proceeds from this talk will go directly into the production of Aether so we can continue to provide a print platform for young creatives.
