Major Players are delighted to announce a strategic partnership with With Not For, a pioneering talent and content agency committed to improving representation and opportunities for disabled people within the Creative Industries. The collaboration aims to drive greater inclusion and accessibility for anyone that identifies as Disabled which includes visible and less apparent disabilities, neurodiversity and mental health conditions.
This newly formed partnership will enable both organisations to collectively support efforts in helping brands and agencies attract, engage, and retain disabled talent; whilst simultaneously, providing employment opportunities, skills development, and increased visibility for disabled professionals within the digital, marketing, and creative sectors.
“Joining forces with With Not For aligns so perfectly with our business objectives and ambitions of an inclusive industry where everyone not only has the opportunity to succeed but representation really starts to create positive societal change,” said Rosa Rolo, Managing Director of Major Players. “We are excited to leverage our resources and network to make an even greater impact together.”
“As a small Disabled-owned business, being able to partner with Major Players gives us an incredible opportunity to introduce, support and showcase the Disabled talent that’s available and ready to add important and new perspectives to any creative brief” said Emma Gardner, COO of With Not For.
“We are looking forward to supporting clients and agencies alike in embracing our work to ensure diverse stories are told and representation of disability, both within the industry in terms of talent, and in the media in terms of authentic portrayal, continues to improve to eliminate negatives perceptions and outdated stereotypes” added Kelly Gordon, CEO of With Not For.
The partnership will take effect immediately and will add to Major Players growing eco-system of DE&I partners. Further announcements on the partnership, including a Disability Pride Event in July will be shared shortly.
