Job description
My client is full service, design agency located in Surrey, we are looking for an established Account Manager to solely work on one of the agency's biggest accounts. You will juggle multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of digital, print and creative campaigns. A can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of integrated creative campaigns
- Managing client relationships; delivering high-quality campaigns, and driving account growth
- Contribute to check-ins with the team and monitor creative and production workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including creative, design, traffic etc
- Handle multiple projects at once, staying organised and focused on client needs
- Responsible for delivery of assets and account profitability - ensuring business targets are met
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a creative or marketing agency
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- A natural collaborator who keeps things moving and clients happy
- A fun, positive, and solutions-focused approach
Location & Workplace policy:
- Impressive office based in Surrey (Reigate)
- Hybrid working policy, 2 days in Surrey and 1 in London
