About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee behavioural change PR campaign delivery, and manage budgets. You'll play a pivotal role in driving successful PR campaigns while collaborating with a supportive, passionate team. This role is perfect for a Senior Account Executive looking to step up or an Account Manager ready for new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular reporting to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans tailored to clients' objectives and brand values.
  • Craft compelling press materials, including press releases and storylines, to secure media coverage.
  • Identify news hooks and manage media relationships, building a strong portfolio of contacts.
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring profitability and accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor project timelines and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment for idea generation and problem-solving.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a PR agency environment with a track record of securing impactful media coverage.
  • Strong client relationship management and campaign delivery experience.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
