Job description
ROLE: Artworker
Fantastic opportunity to join the team at a professional training and coaching agency based in London. They partner with some of the world's most loved brands to supercharge business performance through their clients' greatest asset - their people.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking finalised design files and preparing them for print production (including setting up bleeds, trims, colour separations, and ensuring correct resolution) and digital delivery (optimising graphics for web and various screen sizes).
- Maintaining organised and accurate digital asset libraries, ensuring all files are correctly named, versioned, and easily accessible.
- Checking artwork for errors, inconsistencies, and adherence to brand guidelines, including typography, colour palettes, and layout specifications.
- Making accurate typesetting corrections and ensuring all text elements are correctly formatted and free of errors.
- Making image adjustments, colour corrections, and ensuring images are appropriately sized and optimised.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Managing and tracking different versions of artwork and ensuring the correct files are used for output.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Artworker within a design agency shown on an up to date portfolio.
- A strong understanding of digital artwork preparation.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and file management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
- An understanding of brand guidelines and the importance of maintaining brand consistency.
