Job description
ROLE: Designer
Amazing opportunity for a Creative to join an active wear, startup brand in London
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present compelling creative designs across print & digital, ooh campaigns, preparing artwork, experiential design for London pop ups/concessions
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Prepare layouts or mock-ups of designs using illustration, text, photography, colour, and computer-generated imagery; and present designs for review and approval.
- Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, including resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control.
- Design solutions that embrace best-practice approaches across print and digital media, and take designs from concept through to finished art.
- Undertake a range of support activities, including working with suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes, monitoring and reporting on the use of brand and digital assets, organisation of our content library, basic copywriting, and operational input for photoshoots, events, and activations.
- Effectively present and communicate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a creative agency, corporate marketing or design environment
- Equivalent experience demonstrated by a strong portfolio showing proven industry leadership
- Experience managing projects and project teams
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to conceptualise creative briefs
- Experience in building out branding systems and working closely with environmental creatives
- Solid understanding of various design disciplines to support job to talent alignment
- Working knowledge of applicable software applications used by a design department such as Adobe, Figma, After Effects (Bonus)
