Job description

ROLE: Designer

Fantastic opportunity to join the team at a professional training and coaching agency based in London. They partner with some of the world's most loved brands to supercharge business performance through their clients' greatest asset - their people.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative visual concepts for online courses, e-learning modules, presentations, infographics, workbooks, marketing materials, and other learning assets.

- Design clear, effective, and visually appealing layouts for digital and print materials, ensuring optimal readability and engagement.

- Ensure all design work adheres to and reinforces the brand guidelines, contributing to a consistent and professional visual identity.

- Select and edit photographs and other visual elements to support learning objectives and brand aesthetics.

- Typographic principles effectively to ensure readability, hierarchy, and visual appeal across all materials.

- Create, organise, and maintain a library of visual assets for use across various projects.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the e-learning, education, or digital learning industry

- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects, including layouts, infographics, and visual elements for digital and potentially print.

- A solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print output.

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

- £35-40k
