Salary: Annual: 1,922,805 CZK - 2,136,450 CZK | Monthly: 160,233 CZK - 178,037 CZK
Location: Prague, Czech Republic - Hybrid
Exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital to play a key leadership role in shaping the in-house agency, building and leading a cutting-edge digital team, influencing global strategies for some of the world's most iconic brands.
This newly formed leadership role is designed for an experienced Digital Director who can shape the agency's capabilities, establish best-in-class processes, and drive collaboration across marketing, brand, data & analytics, and local market teams. You will be instrumental in setting the agency's strategic direction, ensuring they deliver high-quality, insight-driven work that meets business objectives. As part of a growing team, you will help define how they work, foster a high-performing culture, and position the agency as an indispensable creative partner across multiple international markets.
This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of digital marketing on a global scale, breaking away from traditional agency constraints and making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital marketing excellence and the strategy and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned touchpoints.
- Lead the digital product strategy, roadmap, and implementation, partnering with new agencies, vendors, and customers to accelerate digital adoption and data initiatives.
- Own, develop, and lead the Digital Strategic Process, defining consumer problems and building effective data-driven solutions.
- Build key relationships with marketing teams and marketing directors, delivering excellence in digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst and Insight Team to leverage brand and consumer insights, develop research methodologies, and establish measurement frameworks.
- Manage and mentor direct reports (digital managers, social media managers, strategists), supporting the client service team in offering digital solutions.
- Oversee all digital projects across markets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee consumer engagement capabilities (data, CRM, campaign management, product experimentation) to drive data acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience leading digital teams, with hands-on experience delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Highly skilled in technical digital planning and execution.
- Relevant industry experience (agency or client-side).
- Experience in FMCG/CPG preferred; experience in alcohol is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of digital analytics.
- Experience with Martech stack and platforms, including Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Reporting Line & Team Scope
- Reporting to Head of Marketing Services
- 13 direct reports
- This role will oversee roles situated in different markets - experience working in and leading remote/global teams is advantageous
