Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring campaign delivery is on point and exceeding expectations
• Lead the development and execution of 360 integrated campaigns, including PR, influencer, and social media strategies
• Provide strategic counsel and expertise to clients and the wider agency team
• Motivate and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Drive creative ideas and campaigns that make a real impact on clients' businesses
• Contribute to new business development, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting pitch efforts

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience managing integrated campaigns at agency level
• Proven track record of managing lifestyle or fashion clients (experience in this sector is a bonus)
• Ability to communicate effectively, and lead campaigns to success
• Familiarity with PR, influencer marketing, and social media trends

• Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and proactive in your approach to work
• An innovative and creative thinker who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 DOE
• Based in Shoreditch - 3 days per week in the office
• Annual leave entitlement of 25 days, plus statutory bank holidays.
• Workplace pension
• Daily flexible hours and 4pm Friday finish
