Job description
We're seeking an Influencer Account Manager to join a growing Influencer Agency in London. This is a hybrid role, combining account management and campaign management, with a strong focus on influencer marketing. You'll be working with major beauty and fashion clients, managing their influencer programs from strategy through to execution and analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile brands and contribute to impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer and social campaigns from start to finish, including writing influencer briefs, influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, client communication, and post-campaign analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of influencer programs, working closely with creative and paid teams.
- Provide detailed campaign reports and analysis, demonstrating ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work effectively with a team of 3-4 people dedicated to each account.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in influencer marketing at an agency, dealing with high-profile clients.
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce/retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
