Job description

An exciting financial services client is looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to work closely with the CEO on the annual marketing plan and digital marketing strategy.

Due to a small marketing team, this role is an executional and strategic focus, looking for someone who is hands on and happy to really make a difference in the team.

This is a part time role, 3 days a week, ideally all 3 days in the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: working closely with the sales team on attaining new clients, as well as retaining, up-selling and cross-selling
  • Brand Marketing: ensuring the brand is well understood in it's market and is propositioned well
  • Digital Marketing: manage the digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads as well as presenting results back to each client on a monthly basis and making recommendations
  • Marketing collateral: sales presentations/brochures/case studies, as well as materials for events, webinars and conferences
  • External Comms: manage all comms and manage relationship with external PR agency
  • Stay up to date with market trends and leverage insights to elevate marketing strategies

Experience/Skills

  • Strong marketing background ideally from the Financial Services industry
  • If not financial services a strong brand background could be considered
  • Experience with lead generation and building annual marketing plans
  • Someone who is happy to execute campaigns as well as set the strategy
