Marketing Lead
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Location: Remote - UK Based
30 hours per week

Amazing opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join a leading Environmental Charity, whose mission is central to tackling environmental challenges.

The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of behaviour change integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and set the annual campaign strategy.
  • Oversee and manage marketing and advertising agencies to implement integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Identify and pitch for opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of the campaign.
  • Develop the PR strategy.
  • Work closely with the research team to ensure the campaign is fully measurable.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience across all marketing channels including TV and PR.
  • Strategic and hands-on experience is essential for this role.
  • Experience working on large scale high budget campaigns.
  • Experience of developing behaviour change campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management, confident with public speaking.
  • Budgetary management.
  • Line management experience required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
  • Fully remote
